These antique roof tiles are handmade, making every lamp unique and different due to the use of antique handmade roof tiles.
These roof tiles, known as ‘tuiles canal,’ have an interesting history. The first tuiles were made in 1860, shaped on the thighs of the women who crafted them. This technique resulted in variations in curves and sizes, making each tile uniquely different depending on the person.”
